Actor Shin Se-kyung is reportedly preparing to move into Labre27, an ultra-luxury residential complex under development in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, next year.
Shin purchased a unit at Labre27 in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, according to Ten Asia on Thursday.
Labre27 is a high-end residential development built by Hyundai E&C, comprising 27 units across two buildings.
The complex consists of garden houses, terrace houses and penthouses, with two penthouse units available.
According to pre-sale industry sources, terrace house units start at 14 billion won ($10.5 million), and the sixth-floor terrace house Type C7 was pre-sold at 19.5 billion won. Garden house units start at 26 billion won.
The super penthouse Types P1 and P2 carry pre-sale prices in the 40 billion won range. It has not been confirmed which type Shin purchased.
Shin's agency, The Present Company, told multiple outlets that it could not confirm the matter as it involves her private life.
Samseong-dong, where Labre27 is located, sits adjacent to Cheongdam-dong and is close to major Gangnam lifestyle hubs including COEX, Bongeunsa Temple and the Han River.
Shin returned to the big screen this year in the film "Humint," playing Chae Seon-hwa alongside Jo In-sung and Park Jung-min. She won the best supporting actress award in the film category at the 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards.
Meanwhile, Shin is set to star opposite Jung Hae-in in "Love Virus," a Tving original series scheduled for release in 2027.
