The Seoul Metropolitan Government will host the "2026 Cheonho Park Fall Festival" this weekend, offering a lineup of cultural performances and hands-on activities.
The festival, packed with a variety of programs, runs Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Cheonho Park in Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu.
The Cheonho Park Fall Festival lets citizens spend special time surrounded by nature in the park, with all performances, film screenings and hands-on programs free and open to anyone on-site. A floor fountain and a water play zone will also be set up, making it an especially fun outing for children.
On Saturday, the festival will feature performances spanning genres from youth hip-hop dance to classical guitar.
The Gangdong-gu Residents' Talent Show will also take place, along with trot music performances by singers So Yu-mi and Jung Min-chan. Visitors can enjoy snacks such as popcorn and cotton candy, alongside hands-on activities including potting flowers, making family-photo keyrings and face painting.
Starting at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, the Fall Night Film Festival will screen "The King's Warden," a film suited for the whole family, offering a chance to make special memories on a cool autumn evening.
On Sunday, a range of cultural performances capturing the feel of the arriving autumn season will take the stage, including jazz performances, magic shows, and sets by singer Cheese and the band Sweet Sorrow.
Family-friendly hands-on activities will also be available, including making autumn wreaths, a wish tree and sticker tattoos. In addition, the "Arisu Wow Car" will be on hand, offering Arisu tap water, coffee, zero-sugar iced tea and health teas free of charge. Visitors who bring their own tumbler can receive a drink.
Further details on the festival are available on the Seoul park website and Instagram. For other inquiries, visitors can contact the Park and Leisure Division of the Eastern Park and Leisure Center.
"I hope that as citizens visit Cheonho Park in the autumn breeze, they can enjoy the music, performances and various activities, and find a moment to rest amid their daily lives," said Park Chul-soo, director of the Eastern Park and Leisure Center.
