South Korean golf brand Volvik said Wednesday that it has launched the Exia Prism, a new golf ball designed to enhance spin control and putting alignment.
The Exia Prism's key feature is a holographic prism line that wraps 360 degrees around the ball's surface. This allows golfers to see the line without interruption from any angle, including the front and sides.
This is meant to help golfers aim more precisely and consistently when putting.
True to its name, the ball produces a prism effect, shimmering in rainbow colors depending on the angle of light. Volvik said this feature was designed with both visual alignment and overall design quality in mind.
According to the brand, the ball's core uses Volvik's S.H. (Stable Hardness) dual-core technology. This channels impact energy deep into the core, helping golfers with slower swing speeds achieve stable distance.
The ball also features a soft cover with a hardness rating of 58D, delivering a soft yet firm feel at the moment of impact.
The cover is finished with an F.N.C. glossy coating that resists stains and scratches, keeping the ball's surface and markings sharp even after extended use.
"As the Exia Prism enhances the visual convenience of putting alignment through its 360-degree holographic prism line, it will be a great choice for golfers looking to improve their putting performance," a Volvik official said.
