Professional golfer Choi Kyung-ju, known by his nickname "Tank," will host a fan talk show ahead of his invitational tournament next month.

The Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Choi Kyung-ju Invitational announced Tuesday that Choi will invite 10 golf fans to the VIP lounge at Ferrum Country Club in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province, on Sept. 30 for a conversation about golf and life.

Some players competing in the main tournament, which runs Oct. 1-4 at the same venue, are also expected to make surprise appearances, tournament organizers said.

"I am grateful for this meaningful opportunity to meet fans in person," Choi said. "I hope to share the experiences I have gained, and I hope this meeting gives more people a greater enjoyment of golf and sparks more interest in Korean men's golf."

All participants will have the opportunity to take a commemorative photo with Choi. They will also receive a one-day admission ticket to the tournament along with a gift package that includes tournament merchandise and health supplement products.

Those wishing to apply may do so through links on the official Instagram accounts of the KPGA and the Choi Kyung-ju Foundation from Sept. 14-20.
