Hyundai Glovis is recruiting new employees for the second half of the year across its major business areas, from logistics and shipping to retail, IT and management support.
The company announced Thursday that it is accepting applications for its "2026 Second-Half New Employee Recruitment" through Sept. 13.
In logistics, the company is hiring for forwarding and industrial cargo logistics. In shipping, it is seeking candidates for car carrier operations, project cargo routing, and LNG vessel operations and voyage management.
The retail division is recruiting for KD (knocked-down auto parts export) operations as well as international trade and trading roles. Positions in IT, management support and planning are also open.
Applicants must hold or be on track to receive a bachelor's or master's degree by February next year. They must have no restrictions on overseas travel and must hold a recognized English proficiency score — such as TOEIC, TOEIC Speaking or OPIc — accepted by the company. Male applicants must have completed or been exempted from military service.
The hiring process begins with a document screening, followed by an AI aptitude test and personality assessment in early October. A first-round interview is scheduled for late October to early November, with a final interview in late November. Successful candidates are expected to join the company in late December.
Hyundai Glovis is incorporating an AI aptitude test into its recruitment process. The assessment uses strategy games and video interviews to evaluate candidates' problem-solving approaches and job suitability. However, AI test results alone will not determine selection — candidates must also complete the personality assessment and subsequent interview rounds.
The company is also holding on-campus job fairs where HR staff and current employees visit university campuses to explain job roles, organizational culture and the hiring process. The first event was held at Yonsei University on Tuesday, and a second fair is scheduled at Sungkyunkwan University on Tuesday.
"We look forward to applications from talented individuals who want to grow with Hyundai Glovis and demonstrate their capabilities on the global logistics stage," a company official said. "Securing talent is the foundation of corporate competitiveness, and we will actively support new employees in developing into top leaders."
