22 burger items and some sides to see increases starting Friday

No Brand Burger, known for its budget-friendly offerings, will raise prices on some menu items starting Friday.

Shinsegae Food announced Thursday that it will increase prices on select No Brand Burger menu items by an average of 2.5%.

Twenty-two burger items — both single and set options — will go up by 100 to 400 won. Of the chain's 34 side menu items, some will increase by 100 to 200 won, while the remaining 28 will hold at their current prices.

Three of the chain's signature items — the Amazing Double, Amazing Double Cheese and Amazing Double Salsa — are among those affected. Even after the increase, single items will remain in the 4,000-won range and sets in the 6,000-won range. The Amazing Bulgogi, one of the chain's most affordable options, will be priced at 2,700 won per single item after the adjustment.

The company attributed the increase to rising costs for raw materials, logistics and other operating expenses. "We minimized the price adjustment to take into account the burden on customers and the stable operating conditions of franchise stores," a No Brand Burger official said.
