Hyundai Motor is launching a large-scale new-hire recruitment drive to secure talent capable of leading its future businesses in software-defined vehicles, AI and robotics.

The automaker announced Monday that it will accept applications through its recruitment website for two weeks from Sept. 1 to Sept. 14, with all divisions participating.

Hyundai Motor is continuing its large-scale hiring approach in the second half of the year, following a similar push in the first half. The drive covers six divisions — research and development, design, production and manufacturing, business and planning, management support, and IT — with a total of 92 job postings.

To broaden contact with prospective applicants and strengthen communication with future talent, the company will run a range of online and offline programs. Participants in offline programs will be exempt from the document-screening stage, reflecting the company's intent to actively identify candidates' potential and capabilities.

On Sept. 10, Hyundai Motor will host the "Team Hyundai Career Lounge" at a cafe near Gangnam Station in Seoul, where prospective hires can speak directly with current employees. Top participants will receive the "H-Super Pass," which exempts them from the document-screening stage of this recruitment cycle.

On Sept. 2, the company will hold a YouTube live information session to help applicants understand the recruitment process and job roles. Registration for the programs is available starting Monday through the Hyundai Motor recruitment website.

"We believe that the combined capabilities and potential of each individual can create greater innovation," a Hyundai Motor official said. "We will continue to identify talent who can generate new value based on diverse perspectives and potential."

Meanwhile, Hyundai Motor has been actively working to secure talent and create jobs. In June, the company launched a recruitment drive for mobility technology professionals with diverse skills and expertise in two areas: vehicle assembly and manufacturing at its domestic automobile production factories, and research and development technology — part of its broader response to the shift toward future mobility.
