Broadcaster Lee Ji-hye has warned of legal action against a brand that used a photo of her daughter in an advertisement without permission.

On Thursday, Lee posted a photo on her social media along with the message, "I've been getting a lot of tips about this. You cannot use images without authorization like this," and tagged the brand's account in the post.

The photo showed an advertisement that had used an image of Lee's older daughter without consent. The ad included promotional phrases such as "Everything gets discarded after December" and "We're offering it at a low price so it doesn't go to waste."

"Please take the photo down immediately. I will be taking legal action soon," Lee warned.

Meanwhile, Lee married tax accountant Moon Jae-wan in 2017, and the couple have two daughters. She has shared glimpses of her family life through television and YouTube, and currently runs a channel called "Mipji Anheun Gwanjong Eonni," a lifestyle and family YouTube channel.
