Family medicine specialist and entrepreneur Yeo Eun-sther has revealed that she bought a home in Gangnam for the housekeeper who has worked by her side for more than a decade.

Hong Hye-geol, Haha, Park Young-jin and Hucky Shibaseki appeared as guests on MBC's "Radio Star," which aired Wednesday.

During the episode, Hong spoke about his wife Yeo while bringing up the housekeeper who lives with the couple. "She takes care of everything for my wife," he said, noting the woman has been with them for more than 10 years.

Yeo holds the housekeeper in especially high regard. Hong recalled his wife once saying, "She is someone I must keep by my side for life. She may be more important than you."

What stunned the cast, however, was the revelation that Yeo had gone so far as to buy the housekeeper a home. "My wife even got her a place right next to ours — that's how much she means to her," Hong said. When fellow guest Haha asked, half in disbelief, "Is it in Gangnam?", Hong confirmed that it was.

Hong also joked that he himself lives well thanks to his wife, listing Jang Hang-jun, Lee Sang-soon and Do Gyeong-wan as fellow husbands who married well — before adding, "I'm sorry to those gentlemen, but in this department I am overwhelmingly No. 1. They at least made 10-million-admission films, opened cafes and do TV work. Honestly, I do nothing," drawing laughter from the studio.

Hong and Yeo met as seniors and juniors at Seoul National University's College of Medicine and married in 1994. They have two sons. Yeo is also the CEO of a health supplement business that posts annual sales of 300 billion won ($213 million).
