The second comprehensive special prosecutor's office, led by Special Prosecutor Kwon Chang-young and tasked with investigating allegations left unresolved after three earlier special counsel probes into insurrection, Kim Keon Hee and the Marine Corps, indicted Kim Keon Hee and People Power Party lawmaker Yoon Han-hong on Tuesday. Both face charges of involvement in selecting an unqualified contractor during the relocation of the presidential residence under the Yoon administration.
