IS Dongseo has sold out all 84-square-meter Type B units at Penta Hills W, a mixed-use residential tower billed as the tallest landmark building in North Gyeongsang Province, carrying strong momentum from the initial subscription period through first-come, first-served contract signings.
According to IS Dongseo on Tuesday, unit-selection contracts held on a first-come, first-served basis Saturday resulted in all 84-square-meter Type B units — the most popular floor plan among buyers — being fully contracted.
With the Type B units sold out, the model home displaying that floor plan closed to visitors that day.
In response to strong interest in larger units, the developer plans to add a model home for the 123-square-meter Type B floor plan within the existing showroom, with a public unveiling scheduled for October.
Song Won-bae, chief executive of sales agency Daeyoung Redeco, said the sellout reflected buyers' confidence in the project. "The 84-square-meter Type B units sold out early because buyers were convinced by Penta Hills W's fully built-out infrastructure and the unrivaled appeal of being North Gyeongsang Province's tallest building at 59 stories," he said. "When the 123-square-meter Type B model home opens in October, sales momentum will accelerate further."
The Penta Hills W model home is located near the Suseongdae intersection in Manchon-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu.
