The Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency is publicly recruiting eight new employees — both professional and public service staff — in the second half of this year.
The agency, known as KoAT, announced Friday that it is conducting an open recruitment drive for the second half of 2026 to secure talent capable of leading the commercialization and industrial advancement of research and development outcomes in agricultural science and technology.
A total of eight positions are available: three professional roles and five public service positions. Detailed job descriptions and eligibility requirements can be found in KoAT's official recruitment notice.
The hiring process will follow a blind recruitment format that excludes factors unrelated to job performance, such as gender, age and educational background. KoAT plans to assess applicants' expertise and job competency based on position-specific job descriptions.
Online applications will be accepted through KoAT's dedicated recruitment website from 10 a.m. Friday to 2 p.m. Aug. 31. Full details on the recruitment schedule and selection procedures are available under the "KoAT News — Job Postings" section of the agency's main website.
"Securing talented individuals with expertise and passion is essential to leading innovation in agricultural technology and driving growth in the agricultural industry," KoAT President Lee Seok-hyeong said. "We look forward to strong interest and applications from outstanding candidates who will help chart the future of our organization through a fair and transparent hiring process."
