Hanwha Investment announced Tuesday it is holding a ticket raffle through Aug. 28, giving MTS users a chance to attend the Seoul International Fireworks Festival 2026 with Hanwha in person.
The fireworks festival is one of South Korea's signature autumn events, drawing more than 1 million visitors each year. It will be held at Yeouido Han River Park in Seoul on Sept. 5.
Any individual customer holding a Hanwha Investment account may enter by logging into the Hanwha Investment MTS and submitting an application. Foreign nationals, corporate account holders and minors are excluded.
The company will draw 30 winners from among applicants, each receiving two tickets to the Seoul International Fireworks Festival 2026 with Hanwha.
Alongside this, additional prizes will be awarded by raffle: Hanwha Eagles merchandise — jackets for 20 winners and uniforms for 50 — Daiso gift cards worth 30,000 won ($21) each for 70 winners, and A Twosome Place gift cards worth 10,000 won each for 100 winners.
Customers opening their first-ever brokerage account, or those who net purchase or net deposit at least 1 million won in domestic shares, will receive double the winning odds. Winners can check results on the Hanwha Investment MTS event page from Aug. 31.
"We organized this event to give our MTS customers a special opportunity to experience the fireworks festival firsthand," said Lim Ju-hyeok, executive director of the asset management division at Hanwha Investment. "We will continue to roll out a wide range of benefits and events that customers can truly feel."
Hanwha Investment is also running a separate non-face-to-face customer event, "Hot Summer, Even Bigger Benefits," through Aug. 31. The promotion targets first-time customers opening a non-face-to-face comprehensive account and dormant customers who held a balance of less than 100,000 won between January and June this year, offering up to 20,000 won based on transaction volume. The company has also revamped its official YouTube channel and is expanding content, including new digital programs and live broadcasts.
