Low-vibration design, 5-speed control sharpen sanding precision

Compact cordless ratchet, fast-charging green lasers boost jobsite versatility

Existing lineup also reinforced with new grinder and drill kit options

DeWalt, the power tool brand of Stanley Black & Decker Korea, has unveiled a new lineup of power tools and measuring instruments designed to improve work precision and jobsite usability.

The company announced Tuesday the launch of the 20V MAX Brushless Low-Vibration Random Orbital Sander, the 20V MAX Brushless 6mm Cordless Ratchet, a USB-C Crossline Green Laser, a USB-C 3x180° Green Laser and a Laser Remote Control.

The 20V MAX Brushless Low-Vibration Random Orbital Sander features a newly designed fan and a dual counterbalance system to reduce vibration. It is equipped with a brushless motor and supports a maximum speed of 12,000 OPM with five-speed adjustment.

The sander has an orbit diameter of 2.6mm and adopts a low-profile design with an ergonomic grip, which the company said improves surface contact and control when working on vertical walls or in tight spaces. It is available as a bare tool or as a kit that includes two 5.0Ah batteries.

The 20V MAX Brushless 6mm Cordless Ratchet features a 6mm anvil and a compact head design to improve ease of use in confined spaces.

Two new USB-C green laser levels round out the release. Both support up to 11 hours of continuous use and can charge to 80 percent battery capacity in 30 minutes.

The USB-C Crossline Green Laser offers a visible range of up to 45 meters to the naked eye, extendable to 100 meters with a receiver. The USB-C 3x180° Green Laser provides a visible range of 30 meters, or up to 80 meters when used with a receiver.

"This new product lineup is focused on improving usability in tight spaces, work safety and convenience," said Park Jae-pyo, DeWalt's marketing executive director. "We will continue to expand our professional power tool lineup."
