Fadu has launched a double-digit hiring campaign for both entry-level and experienced candidates, aiming to secure top talent in the system semiconductor field and build a foundation for future technological competitiveness.

The company opened applications Monday for its "Junior Talent Recruitment" program. The drive covers three roles: firmware development, firmware verification and test engineering. Candidates with up to eight years of experience are eligible to apply, alongside fresh graduates.

Applicants will sit a coding test later this month, followed by interviews in September, with new hires expected to join in November. Candidates with embedded systems experience spanning both hardware and software will be given preference.

Fadu operates a performance-based compensation system that includes a profit-sharing arrangement — under which a portion of operating profit is distributed to employees — as well as an accelerated promotion track and incentive program.

Fadu returned to profitability in the first quarter of this year and extended its growth momentum in the second quarter, posting sales of 73.2 billion won ($51.5 million) and operating profit of 16.3 billion won. First-half combined sales reached 132.7 billion won, approaching the total recorded over the previous two fiscal years combined (2024–2025), while operating profit came to about 24 billion won.

The company designs controllers — the core processing units of solid-state drives used in AI data centers — and supplies them to multiple hyperscalers.

"Employees who join through this recruitment drive will have the opportunity to grow into global technology professionals through close mentorship from experts with deep expertise in the SSD field," Fadu said.
