CJ OnStyle announced Friday the launch of ON:DO, an integrated brand combining its shared-growth and corporate social responsibility programs to support small and midsize partner companies and help youth preparing for independent living achieve financial self-sufficiency.
The name reflects the concept of "CJ OnStyle raising the temperature of mutual growth." The initiative expands and restructures YESGO, a shared-growth program the company has operated since 2022, to encompass social contribution activities.
CJ OnStyle will run a 60 billion won ($42.3 million) mutual-growth fund with Industrial Bank of Korea to help partner companies manage finances and expand their operations. The company will also introduce Gachi Market, a group-buying commerce project designed to raise brand awareness and customer reach for small brands. The project combines group purchasing, eco-friendly packaging and donation campaigns into a single ESG initiative.
CJ OnStyle will also operate Youth CEO Rookies ON, a program that guides youth preparing for independent living through the entire business process — from product development and branding to content production and mobile live-commerce launches.
The beauty brand Ongredients will support the product manufacturing value chain, while CJ OnStyle will join the Gyeonggi Province Social Economy Institute's social and environmental problem-solving support project to run youth independence education with the cooperative Goodsneezer. The company also plans to open a Gachi Market store through the social enterprise Gachi Itneun Nurim to provide youth with hands-on work experience.
CJ OnStyle will establish a 100 million won independence fund with the nonprofit Kia Hunger Response and the social enterprise Happy Sharing. It will also run the Hope-On Fellowship, a six-month program providing jobs and practical work experience to six young people preparing for independent living or from migrant backgrounds.
"Through ON:DO, we will build a sustainable shared-growth ecosystem that grows together with our partners and local communities," a CJ OnStyle official said. "We will lead the way in spreading a practical model of mutual prosperity."
