Mercedes-Benz Korea announced Friday that it has topped the import car dealership category of the 2026 Korea Service Quality Index (KSQI), a customer-contact survey administered by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), for 12 consecutive years, while also claiming first place in the certified pre-owned import vehicle category for the sixth straight year.

The company scored 97 points in the import car dealership category and 95 points in the certified pre-owned category. It received particularly strong marks across customer-facing service areas — including customer response, product explanation, service attitude, and facility and environment management — demonstrating a high level of overall service quality at the point of contact.

The import car dealership award carries added significance this year, as it follows Mercedes-Benz Korea's April rollout of Retail of the Future (RoF), a new vehicle sales model. The result shows the company has maintained stable service quality and consulting expertise at customer touchpoints even after the transition.

RoF is a sales model built on uniform nationwide pricing and integrated inventory management, designed to deliver a consistent buying experience — from vehicle selection and consultation through contract signing and delivery — across both online and offline channels. Official partners and sales consultants focus on providing a differentiated brand experience at direct customer touchpoints, including personalized consultations, test drives, vehicle handovers and after-sales service.

Mercedes-Benz Korea continues to build customer trust in its certified pre-owned segment as well. Certified pre-owned vehicles sold at 24 official showrooms nationwide are drawn exclusively from vehicles officially imported through Mercedes-Benz Korea that are within six years old or under 150,000 kilometers and have no accident history, and each undergoes a 198-point quality and safety inspection.

The company also provides transparent mileage records and maintenance histories so customers can make their selections with confidence — a foundation of trust that has underpinned its six consecutive years at the top of the certified pre-owned import vehicle category.

"This KSQI recognition is the result of the professionalism and dedication of the sales consultants who meet customers directly on the front lines," said Kim Eun-jung, vice president of product and sales at Mercedes-Benz Korea. "We will continue working to deliver outstanding service quality and a differentiated brand experience at every point in the customer's journey with Mercedes-Benz."

Meanwhile, Mercedes-Benz Korea has been carrying out a range of corporate social responsibility initiatives, including recently donating five EQB 300 4MATIC electric SUVs to five fire departments across the country through its corporate social responsibility committee.
