Rosé's agency has pushed back against speculation that she will skip Blackpink's 10th anniversary event.

The Black Label said Friday that "the artist (Rosé) has long prioritized this schedule and confirmed all related plans in advance in order to share a meaningful moment with fans."

The agency added that it hoped people would "refrain from indiscriminate criticism based on unilateral speculation that has not been verified."

Earlier, YG Entertainment said it would hold a Blackpink 10th anniversary event Saturday at an undisclosed venue in Seoul for 40 paid members of the fan platform Weverse, selected by lottery. YG noted that only members whose schedules permitted would attend, without specifying who would be absent.

Speculation arose after reports emerged that Rosé had recently been spotted in Los Angeles, leading some to suggest she might be among the members skipping the event.
