La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton, located in the heart of Sunset Town in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, is opening a new guest wing and launching three additional signature restaurants.
With the expansion, the hotel will operate a total of eight restaurants and bars. La Festa Phu Quoc draws on local ingredients and seasonal, eco-friendly produce to offer both traditional Vietnamese cuisine and global fare.
Seta, the new restaurant in the expanded wing, reimagines contemporary Cantonese cooking under the direction of executive chef Victor Ho, a Hong Kong native who has built a reputation over more than 30 years at Michelin-starred restaurants across Asia.
Seta's menu spans dim sum made using traditional techniques, tiger prawn dishes and whole pork belly, complemented by cocktails infused with Chinese teas and local fruits. The restaurant features private rooms and prime seats with views of the nightly fireworks display.
The hotel also operates a European Mediterranean dining concept. Finca, inspired by a Spanish country villa, serves southern European specialties and tapas, while Mare offers fresh handmade pasta by an Italian chef. The rooftop bar Francesca provides panoramic views, and Il Salone presents afternoon tea sets.
The all-day restaurant The Merchant serves traditional Vietnamese dishes and a global buffet. Evening dining options include terrace bar Cielo and speakeasy jazz bar Luna Folk.
La Festa Phu Quoc said the expanded dining lineup is part of a broader push to strengthen its culinary standing as a resort destination.
