Shindee, a member of K-pop group Koyote, has shared alarming news about her health.

A video titled "Honey, what have you been feeding me all this time?" was posted Wednesday on the YouTube channel "Eotteo Shinji?!?"

In the video, Shindee and her husband Moon Won visited a traditional Korean medicine clinic for a body constitution examination.

Upon being told she had very little muscle mass, Shindee looked visibly stunned. "I'm shocked. I have that little muscle? Even though I perform concerts and dance?" she said.

The doctor said the lack of muscle was likely causing joint pain throughout her body. "It's quite serious — your muscle mass is so low it's remarkable that you can walk around at all," the doctor said, advising her to gain about 12 kilograms of muscle and maintain a body weight in the low 50-kilogram range.

The doctor went on to say she was underweight yet also showed signs of "skinny obesity," describing it as "a serious imbalance." "Your upper-body strength is far too weak. Because your arms and shoulders have no strength, your joints keep taking the strain," the doctor added.

When the doctor said her InBody score was "essentially nonexistent — something that shouldn't be possible," Shindee replied, "I had no idea it was this bad. It's shocking."

The doctor then said that low muscle mass inevitably reduces the body's overall vitality, adding, "So looking at you, while your age is in your 40s, your body is at nearly the level of someone in their 50s" — a remark that visibly startled Shindee.
