Actor Ji Ye-eun and broadcaster Ji Suk-jin have reunited as their project duo Chungju Jissi after a year apart.
Ji Ye-eun's agency CP Entertainment announced Wednesday that Chungju Jissi will release their second single, "Aqua," on July 17.
The new track arrives roughly a year after the duo's debut single "Milkshake," released last year, and is expected to showcase a fresh charm infused with a breezy summer sensibility.
"Aqua" is a trendy pop track evoking a clear, sunlit sea, blending a lively guitar riff with a catchy melody. The song aims to deliver an uplifting energy to listeners and is positioned as a summer hit.
The track is expected to resonate with summer audiences through its themes of freedom, pure emotion and the thrill of fleeting moments — a brief pause from the busyness of everyday life.
Chungju Jissi's new single "Aqua" drops Friday, July 17, at 6 p.m. on major online music platforms.
