PA Entertainment, the management agency representing actors Park Hye-mi and Jung Woong-in, is shutting down.

The company announced Tuesday on its official social media accounts that CEO Yoon Seong-eun had died from a chronic illness, and that it would cease all management operations and proceed with dissolution following internal discussions.

"We sincerely thank everyone who has been with PA Entertainment, and we ask for your understanding for the sudden news and any concern it may have caused," the company added.

Founded in 2018, PA Entertainment had managed celebrities and developed entertainment projects. Its roster included actors Park Hae-mi, Jung Woong-in, Kim Jeong-tae, Song Seon-mi and Oh Seung-a, as well as Teen Top's Cheonji and Seo Won, a former contestant on Boys Planet.
