Lotte Himart announced Tuesday that it is running a "Summer On! Highlight Sale" at its offline stores nationwide through the end of this month, offering discounts of up to 6 million won ($3,900) on LG Electronics products.

As part of the promotion, the retailer is offering a "multi-item cashback" program on select LG Electronics products. Customers who pay with affiliated or promotional cards can receive cashback of up to 6 million won depending on the number of items purchased.

Through Sunday, a "Double Up Grand Festival" promotion provides instant discounts based on purchase amount. Customers buying eligible items — including TVs, PCs and refrigerators — with an affiliated card can receive up to 1 million won off at the point of sale.

An "Air Conditioner Plus Multi-Item" promotion runs through Thursday. Customers who purchase an air conditioner alongside other eligible products such as TVs, refrigerators or washing machines can receive discounts of up to 730,000 won depending on the number of items bought.

The sale also features cooling appliances from various brands — including air conditioners and electric fans — at prices competitive with the lowest available online. Featured products include Samsung Electronics' "Windless Classic 19-pyeong 2-in-1 air conditioner" at 2.41 million won and LG Electronics' "Whisen Objet Collection 18-pyeong Cool 2 Series 2-in-1 air conditioner" at 2.43 million won.

In addition, given the seasonal surge in demand for appliance cleaning, Lotte Himart is offering air conditioner cleaning services at up to 10 percent off compared with the previous month. Customers who select two or more cleaning service items receive an additional 10 percent discount.

"Building on the popularity of the Samsung Electronics Appreciation Festival that ran through Sunday, we are now offering an even wider range of benefits for LG Electronics purchases in July — including multi-item discounts and tiered discounts by purchase amount," said Kim Bo-gyeong, head of Lotte Himart's merchandise division.
