Air Premia is launching its second open recruitment drive for new cabin crew this year, aiming to bolster in-flight safety and customer service staff in line with its international route expansion.

The airline announced Tuesday it is conducting its second round of new cabin crew hiring for 2026.

Applications will be accepted through Monday via the Air Premia recruitment website. Successful candidates are expected to join the company in September.

The recruitment is open to those available to start in September 2026, as well as students expected to graduate by February 2027. Applicants must have no disqualifying factors for performing international cabin crew duties or traveling abroad, and must have corrected vision of at least 1.0.

A recognized English proficiency score is also required. Applicants must hold at least one of the following scores from a domestic test taken on or after July 14, 2024: a TOEIC score of 600, a TOEIC Speaking score of IM or an OPIc score of IM.

The selection process consists of a document screening, a practical interview, a culture-fit interview combined with a physical fitness test, and a pre-employment medical examination. Practical interviews are scheduled from July 28 to July 31, and culture-fit interviews from Aug. 10 to Aug. 13. Final results will be announced in mid-August.

The physical fitness test is designed to assess candidates' ability to carry out safety duties as cabin crew. It includes grip strength measurement, sit-ups and a burpee test — reflecting the physical demands of responding to in-flight emergencies.

Applicants with strong foreign language skills or safety- and nursing-related certifications or experience will receive preferential consideration. Required documents include a graduation or expected graduation certificate from the applicant's most recent school, an official language proficiency score report and any other relevant certificates.

Air Premia launched international operations in July 2022 with its Incheon–Singapore route and surpassed 3 million cumulative passengers as of June 8.
