Singer K.Will said he lost 10 kilograms by combining Mounjaro with exercise and a controlled diet.

The revelation came Sunday on SBS's "Woori Agassi" (My Ugly Duckling), which followed singer Lin's day out at a mugwort moxibustion spa as she tried to keep up with MZ Generation trends.

While reading about the health benefits of moxibustion, Lin mentioned that a friend of hers was very interested in dieting — then surprised everyone by inviting K.Will as an unannounced guest.

The moment she saw him, Lin asked, "Why do you look so handsome all of a sudden? Did you go on a diet?"

"The last time we saw each other was after our concert tour last year, and I've lost some weight since then," K.Will said.

He said he decided to slim down ahead of year-end performances. "I did everything — Mounjaro, exercise, diet," he said. "The weight came off naturally, more than 10 kilograms. I've since put back about 4 or 5 kilograms."

K.Will had already drawn attention for his noticeably transformed appearance after losing weight.

In a YouTube video released in January, his staff asked him to share his dieting secrets.

"I honestly don't know any tricks," he said at the time. "I think it's less about know-how and more about desperation."

K.Will, who had long enjoyed beer, said he quit drinking it for nearly a year and followed a low-carb, high-fat diet. "After you lose the weight, you think, 'Wow, how did that even come off?'" he said. "It almost feels like your brain is playing tricks on you."
