Program runs at all 73 official service centers nationwide through Sept. 30
Offers two free inspections, deductible support and complimentary rental cars
Mercedes-Benz Korea announced Friday it will run a special flood vehicle support program at all official service centers nationwide through Sept. 30, aimed at easing the burden on customers whose vehicles have been damaged by summer monsoon rains and heavy downpours.
Flood-damaged vehicles brought into an official service center during the program period will receive a complimentary inspection. A second free inspection will follow one year after repairs are completed to support continued safe driving.
In addition, the company will cover insurance repair deductibles of up to 500,000 won ($322) at official service centers, and will provide a complimentary rental vehicle for up to 10 days — capped at 1 million won — to minimize inconvenience while a customer's vehicle is being repaired.
The program is available across all 73 Mercedes-Benz official service centers nationwide to customers who need vehicle inspections or repairs due to summer flooding or unexpected water damage.
Meanwhile, Mercedes-Benz Korea has been stepping up efforts to enhance customer benefits, recently introducing a new tiered membership system called "Mercedes-Benz Circle" that offers differentiated perks based on cumulative vehicle purchase amounts.
The membership has five tiers based on cumulative spending: the entry-level "Friends," followed by Opalite White, Hitech Silver, Kalahari Gold and Night Black.
Mercedes-Benz Korea plans to offer benefits including hotel stay discounts, dining and coffee brand partnerships, invitations to brand events and test-drive programs. Higher-tier members will also receive exclusive premium perks such as travel and wellness programs.
