Auto Inside, the company-owned and certified used-car platform of Auto Hands, has opened a new direct outlet in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, expanding its customer reach in the southern part of greater Seoul. The company will run the physical showroom alongside its online purchasing service to make used-car transactions more convenient.
Auto Inside announced Thursday that it had opened the Suwon outlet, its latest company-run location. The showroom occupies the third floor of Suwon Auto Collection, a used-car trading complex in Seodun-dong, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon.
Suwon Auto Collection is considered one of the major used-car trading complexes in Gyeonggi Province. The new outlet sits close to Suwon Station, making it relatively easy to reach by public transit via Seoul Metro Line 1 and the Suin-Bundang Line. The location also offers convenient access for customers in southern Gyeonggi Province and the southern parts of Seoul.
The showroom features a vehicle display area where visitors can compare a range of models, as well as a dedicated consultation space. Customers can handle both the purchase of a vehicle and the sale of one they already own in a single visit — a one-stop service covering the full used-car transaction process.
With the Suwon outlet, Auto Inside now operates six company-owned showrooms nationwide. The entire transaction process — vehicle acquisition, inspection, sale and extended warranty — is managed through the company's direct-operation system. Given that uncertainty over price and quality remains a persistent concern in the used-car market, the company aims to build consumer trust by leading with its direct-management model.
Auto Inside also offers a contactless purchasing option. Through its "Home Service," customers can buy a vehicle entirely online without visiting a showroom. A seven-day return policy applies after delivery. The company plans to broaden customer choice by combining its offline showrooms with its online platform.
To mark the opening, Auto Inside is running a promotional event from Thursday through July 31. Visitors to the Suwon outlet will receive a branded reusable bag. Customers who purchase a vehicle will also receive a travel bag and a full-length umbrella, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
"The opening of the Suwon outlet will serve as an important foothold for introducing Auto Inside's differentiated company-owned and certified used-car service to more customers," Kim Seong-jun, chief executive of Auto Hands, said. "We will continue to strengthen service reliability so customers can buy and sell used cars with confidence, and we will expand our regional presence to enhance customer convenience and brand accessibility."
