Toss Insurance, a general insurance agency, launched a dedicated recruitment brand page called "New Standard" on Tuesday, announcing it was stepping up its branding efforts to attract insurance agents on an ongoing basis.

New Standard is the company's first recruitment-only brand page, built on the credibility of the Toss brand to communicate its differentiated support systems and sales environment from an agent's perspective.

The page centers on the message "a new standard for insurance, set by Toss," with an emphasis on conveying agents' working style and growth environment as a unified brand experience. The company's in-house design team developed the message structure and visual concept from the planning stage, and designed the overall user experience to help applicants intuitively understand the sales environment.

Toss Insurance said the page aims to show that its agents are not simply product sellers, but professionals who deliver a better insurance experience to customers through the company's proprietary digital systems and a real-time sales support center. The page also introduces the support infrastructure available after joining — including offices across the country, an insurance planning training system and seasonal promotions — to motivate prospective applicants by showing how quickly they can adapt and grow.

The page also includes content tailored to applicants with no experience in insurance sales. It features career reviews from high-performing agents, along with a link to register for job briefing sessions designed to help newcomers better understand the role.

"We hope this becomes a key gateway that supports everyone who dreams of becoming an insurance agent, from their initial entry into the field through to settling in," a Toss Insurance official said. "We are also preparing a range of campaigns across online and offline channels, and we will firmly establish ourselves as the industry's leading recruitment brand channel."

Meanwhile, Toss Insurance surpassed 3,000 affiliated agents in April, four years after pivoting to in-person sales — becoming the first fintech-based general insurance agency to meet the industry's criteria for a super-large agency. More than 150 new agents have been consistently joining each month through the company's training program for new recruits.
