Philenergy disclosed July 1 that it signed a contract worth 71.19 billion won ($46 million) to supply secondary battery assembly equipment.

The deal represents 214.5 percent of the company's 2025 sales, and the contract runs through March 30, 2027.

The company said it would not disclose the identity of the contracting party, citing a trade secret request.
