21 styles using recycled fabrics; collection to expand to twice a year
Youngone announced Monday that it has unveiled its outdoor designs for the 2028 spring/summer and fall/winter seasons through a "3D Collection Show."
Built around the theme "Modern Nomad," the show presented 21 styles rendered in 3D using raw materials produced in-house by Youngone. Nine of the styles incorporated recycled fabrics.
Starting this year, the company integrated AI visual technology into its 3D design tools, enabling it to reproduce material textures, silhouettes and the natural movement of garments when worn. The styling realism approaches that of an actual fashion editorial.
Youngone's Creative Center and Textile Business Division collaborate each year to produce and present the 3D collection. Buoyed by strong reviews from overseas buyers, the company plans to expand the collection from once a year to twice — once in each half of the year — beginning this year.
Youngone Group Vice Chairwoman Sung Rae-eun said the collection "carries special significance in that it showcases styles made with recycled materials, reflecting Youngone's eco-friendly production philosophy."
