'One Click Connect' holds first in-person event of the year
Live commerce, logistics, payments and marketing consultations on offer
Grip, Cafe24 and Toss Payments join to support small sellers
Hanjin organized a forum for small and midsize e-commerce sellers and small business owners to share live commerce success stories and practical solutions in logistics, marketing and payments. The event aimed to help sellers work through common challenges in delivery, settlement and promotion as competition in online retail intensifies.
Hanjin announced Monday that it held the first in-person session of its 2026 One Click Connect program — a recurring exchange initiative for domestic e-commerce sellers and small business owners — on June 25.
The event gave participating sellers time to introduce their businesses, followed by a live Q&A segment called "Connect Talk" and a keynote session featuring live commerce success stories. The format centered on surfacing real operational challenges from small sellers and having industry specialists offer solutions.
The keynote was delivered by Ji Ye-jin, CEO of JH Shop, a top seller on the live commerce platform Grip. Speaking on the theme "A sales growth formula drawn from live broadcast success stories," Ji shared lessons from running live commerce operations and the strategies she used to scale sales.
Ji stressed that flexible, platform-specific strategies are essential in a rapidly shifting commerce environment. "A successful live broadcast becomes not a one-off event but a sustainable sales system when product, platform and communication are connected in a repeating structure," she said.
Alongside Hanjin, representatives from Grip, e-commerce platform Cafe24 and mobile payments platform Toss Payments attended the event. On-site consultations covered the areas sellers most frequently struggle with: logistics, online store setup, payments and marketing.
Sellers shared difficulties they had encountered running their businesses, including delivery delays, declining marketing efficiency and payment system integration errors. Representatives from each company responded on the spot with practical solutions and offered consulting tailored to each seller's business scale and sales channels.
Attendees also received a package of support benefits. Hanjin offered a discounted shipping rate exclusive to One Click Connect participants; Cafe24 provided new sign-up sellers with five months of Cafe24 Pro free of charge. Toss Payments offered a free payment widget Pro model and complimentary ad credits for first-time Toss Ads campaigns, while Grip provided a top-seller onboarding program for VIP sellers.
The in-person One Click Connect event was held for the second year running, following last year's inaugural session. To ensure in-depth consultations, participation was limited to the first 20 companies to apply in advance.
Earlier, Hanjin hosted an online seminar for small e-commerce sellers nationwide on June 10. Topics covered included Hanjin's "hidden logistics cost-saving formula sellers are missing," Grip's "2026 live commerce trends and sales strategies," Cafe24's "YouTube Shopping integration and content design that drives clicks," and Toss Payments' "payment and settlement strategies for turning followers into customers."
In the e-commerce market, fast delivery, seamless payments and content marketing capabilities are widely regarded as factors that determine a seller's growth, alongside product competitiveness. Hanjin plans to expand its support for small and midsize sellers by working with partner companies, building on its logistics service base.
"Through close collaboration with partners in payments, marketing and IT solutions, we will become a reliable business growth partner that helps design and evolve the way small and midsize e-commerce sellers connect with consumers," a Hanjin official said.
