CJ Olive Young said it will open an experience-focused store, "Olive Young Beauty Mansion Seongsu," in Seoul's Seongsu neighborhood on Monday.

Spanning roughly 1,650 square meters across four floors — 1 pyeong equals 3.3 square meters — the Beauty Mansion takes its design cues from a luxury residence, with each floor divided into multiple room-style spaces. The ground floor centers on an open lounge flanked by shop-in-shop and pop-up store areas, where brands without a standalone presence in the Seongsu district can introduce new products and campaign highlights. The fourth floor offers a relaxation space with beauty books and a vinyl listening corner.

The store also deepens its experiential offerings. The second and third floors are dedicated to color cosmetics and skincare services, respectively. New services include a Beauty Device Studio, where visitors can try out Korean beauty devices and learn proper usage, and an Advanced Derma Consulting service that uses 3D skin analysis to recommend personalized Korean dermo cosmetics. An AI-powered custom makeup service called Color Fit Touch, along with skin and scalp consulting, quick touch-up and Find Your Color services, will also be available.

The Beauty Mansion is designed to organically extend the cosmetics industry energy centered on Yeonmujang-gil into the northern Seongsu area. The company aims to maximize brand visibility and expand touchpoints with international customers, while drawing foot traffic naturally toward showrooms and pop-ups throughout Seongsu — building an open ecosystem in which the entire district benefits.

An opening promotion will run from Monday through July 4. Customers will receive gifts such as reusable bags and pouches based on their purchase amount, and additional discount events will also be held during the period.

"We will continue to strengthen differentiated services so that both domestic customers and foreign tourists can experience Korean cosmetics in greater depth," a CJ Olive Young official said.
