Golfzon, a golf simulator company led by CEO Park Kang-su, announced Friday that it ran interactive simulator events for golf fans at the US Open and US Women's Open under its official partnership with the United States Golf Association.

Last year, Golfzon signed an official partnership with the USGA, which designated the company as the official golf simulator of both the US Open Championship and the US Women's Open Presented by Ally. Building on that agreement, the company plans to carry out a range of marketing activities in the US market through 2027.

This year, Golfzon installed its flagship TwoVision NX simulator at both championship venues and ran a series of interactive programs for attendees. The experience zones featured virtual recreations of the host courses — Riviera Country Club and Shinnecock Hills Golf Club.

At the 81st US Women's Open, held June 4–7 at Riviera Country Club in California, Golfzon hosted a nearest-to-the-pin event on the par-3 14th hole for spectators. At the 126th US Open, held May 18–21 at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in New York, the company set up simulator experience zones across three separate areas.

The TwoVision NX uses Golfzon's proprietary Motion Plate technology to replicate more than 56,000 different lie conditions. An automatic tee-up function and a high-speed camera-based analysis system deliver precise shot data including launch angle, spin rate, ball speed and club path.

"Our partnership with the USGA is meaningful because it lets fans experience golf up close," said Sean Byun, CEO of Golfzon America. "Golfzon gives golfers a special opportunity to play the very courses where the world's best compete and to test their own game."
