The Incheon Port Authority (IPA) is launching a second recruitment drive for tenant companies at the Phase 2 Zone A site of Aam Logistics Complex 2 at Incheon South Port.

The IPA said Tuesday it will accept applications from domestic and foreign logistics firms capable of generating import and export cargo through Incheon Port, with the recruitment notice running for 50 days from Wednesday through Aug. 12.

The recruitment covers Zone A, spanning 220,000 square meters of the complex's total Phase 2 area of 590,000 square meters, with six sites on offer.

The six sites comprise four extra-small plots totaling about 43,000 square meters, one medium-sized plot of about 54,000 square meters, and one large plot of about 126,000 square meters.

Eligible businesses include those in integrated logistics, shared logistics, manufacturing logistics, and refrigerated and cold-chain logistics — sectors that can generate import and export cargo volume through Incheon Port.

The base lease term is 30 years, with extensions of up to 50 years possible depending on business performance evaluations.

Companies wishing to move in must submit a business plan to the IPA by 5 p.m. on Aug. 13, in accordance with the recruitment guidelines.

The IPA plans to select a preferred negotiating partner through open competition following review by an evaluation committee.

Full details are available on the IPA website under the "Information Disclosure — Bid Information — Port Bid Information" section.
