Seoul's Gangseo-gu district will run an outdoor performance program called "Stage in Magok" along Magok Cultural Street from June 4 to June 13, the district office announced Monday.

Magok Cultural Street is a 1-kilometer green corridor stretching from Magok Station to Balsan Station on subway Line 5. Gangseo-gu completed the street's development in 2024 and has since offered a range of cultural programs there, including busking performances. The series will be held in front of Exit 1 of Balsan Station every Thursday through Saturday, with eight showings in total — two on Saturdays. In the event of rain, performances will move to the below-ground plaza at Balsan Station. Particularly on Saturdays — the 6th and 13th — a flea market will also be held alongside the performances, where visitors can purchase works and handcrafted goods directly from local artists. The cast and showtimes for each showing are available under the public notices section of the district's official website.
