1,783 units ranging from 75 to 166 square meters in exclusive use area
GS E&C announced Monday that it plans to launch the pre-sale of Osan Heritage Xi in Yangsan-dong, Osan, Gyeonggi Province, in July.
The complex will be built across two blocks — Block 1 at 223 Yangsan-dong and Block 2 at 328-2 Yangsan-dong — and will comprise 22 buildings rising up to 27 above-ground floors over two below-ground levels, for a total of 1,783 units. Block 1 will have 13 buildings with 1,069 units, while Block 2 will have nine buildings with 714 units. The development centers on mid-to-large unit types, with exclusive use areas of 75, 84, 102 and 124 square meters, as well as 166-square-meter penthouses.
The project also benefits from strong transport links and proximity to major employment hubs. Residents will be able to walk to Byeongjeom Station on Seoul Metro Line 1, and the complex stands to gain further from a planned Line 1 extension to Dongtan Station and a proposed Dongtan urban rail tram line. Regional road access is provided by the Second Metropolitan Ring Expressway (Bongdam–Dongtan section), the Osan-Hwaseong Expressway and the Gyeongbu Expressway, making travel to Seoul and the broader metropolitan area straightforward. Nearby employment anchors include Samsung Electronics' Hwaseong and Giheung campuses, Dongtan Techno Valley and the Gajang Industrial Complex, underpinning solid residential demand.
Lifestyle amenities are also plentiful. Residents can draw on the commercial infrastructure around Byeongjeom Station and the Byeongjeom Mixed-Use Town central business district, with easy access to Lotte Cinema, Hanaro Mart and Yangsan Library. The surrounding area includes Osan Sema Park, Hwaseong National Cemetery Park and Hwasan Ecological Park, offering a pleasant living environment.
