Sshinnim, a first-generation beauty content creator, has spoken out about side effects she experienced after taking the obesity drug Mounjaro.
On June 8, her YouTube channel — which has 1.42 million subscribers — uploaded a video titled "Chest gone after Mounjaro. Tried on 11 bras because lifting is urgent."
In the video, Sshinnim introduced herself with a self-deprecating joke — "I'm the Mounjaro-chest Sshinnim" — before adding, "But honestly, it's a real concern."
"After starting Mounjaro, I lost weight, but my chest disappeared along with it," she said. "I wasn't particularly full to begin with, but after losing the weight, I felt a noticeable drop in firmness, along with sagging."
She said her two sides had always been different sizes. "Before losing weight, one side was a B and the other was a C. Now one is a B and the other has gotten close to an A," she said.
"My shoulders are slightly rounded inward. When I straighten them, the muscles pop out along with the side breast tissue," she said. "But there's no volume at all on top of the chest itself. The volume is only in other places, so it looks like I have four breasts. I want to cover these problem areas with underwear."
She then tried on 11 bras — ranging from international brands to well-known domestic lingerie brands — and walked through the pros and cons of each.
In a separate recent video, Sshinnim had also raised the same side effect, saying, "Mounjaro took my chest too. All that's left is the skin."
