US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth warned Wednesday, local time, that the United States would strike Iran's "key facilities."

Speaking to reporters at CENTCOM headquarters in Florida, Hegseth said the command — which is overseeing operations against Iran — "will be busy Thursday night, June 11," because Iran "has had the opportunity to get a good deal" and "has had the opportunity to formalize what they've said they're willing to do, and they haven't done it."

He went on to say that while Iran has been "tap, tap, tapping" — stalling on a deal — "instead they're going to see bombs tap, tap, tapping on Iran's key facilities" from the United States.
