Lee Jang-woo, former executive vice president of Korea Exchange Bank and former president of California Exchange Bank, died Tuesday at 8 a.m. at Samsung Medical Center. Kwon Heon-seong, a former 13th-term National Assembly member and chairman of the International Peace Strategy Institute, died Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Seoul National University Hospital.
