AMP, a youth artist development program based at its namesake space in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, will hold its first public evaluation program, "OPEN AM 1st," from June 18 to June 21. The event marks the official launch of the Cohort 3 residency program and offers the first public look at the existing and current work of the seven artists selected for AMP's third cohort.
AMP brings together gallerists, collectors and audiences to follow artists' creative processes and growth over the long term. The Cohort 3 artists will work out of Atelier Mansion Studio. Starting with this cohort, a new system grants priority studio selection rights based on the results of the first public evaluation. Subsequent second and third program stages will see AMP Halls 1 and 2 operate together from the studios chosen through that process.
