LS Mtron announced Monday that it recently held a "Children's Invitation Day" for employees' families at its Jeonju factory in North Jeolla Province.

The event was designed to help employees' children better understand where their parents work and take pride in the company. More than 130 employees and family members took part in a range of programs throughout the day. Participants toured the company's promotional hall and tractor exhibition, as well as the factory floor, getting a firsthand look at LS Mtron's core projects and advanced technologies. Family members walked through the workspaces where employees are stationed, gaining insight into the company's vision and day-to-day operations. Following the tours, the event featured hands-on activities including mini soccer and ring toss, a quiz session with prizes, and a magic performance.
