37 works, including iconic and previously unseen pieces, now available

Samsung Electronics announced Sunday it has partnered with Norway's Munch Museum to bring 37 works by Edvard Munch to the Samsung Art Store, including the artist's most celebrated pieces and rare holdings never before widely shown. The Samsung Art Store is a subscription service for artwork available exclusively on Samsung TVs.

The "Munch Museum" collection features the expressionist master's iconic works — "The Scream," "The Sun," "The Dance of Life" and "Melancholy" — alongside rarely seen pieces such as "Garden with Trees" and "Two People at Table" that have been largely inaccessible to the general public.

Samsung Art Store subscribers can experience the works at home through the picture quality of Samsung's art-focused TVs. The collection also includes rare pieces whose public display has been restricted even at the Norwegian museum itself, due to concerns about damage.

Samsung Electronics said the Art Store is part of its broader effort to enhance the art-viewing experience, offering more than 5,000 works from world-renowned institutions including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

The Samsung Art Store is available across the company's art TV lineup, including The Frame Pro, The Frame, Micro RGB, Neo QLED and OLED models.
