Integrated brand renewal unveiled with new identity, broader customer touchpoints

HDC Group is repositioning its IPARK brand beyond residential development into a full lifestyle brand encompassing all aspects of customers' lives.

The group announced Sunday that it has expanded IPARK through a comprehensive brand renewal to cover a wide range of sectors, including retail, leisure and culture.

HDC Hyundai Development Company, which has supplied a cumulative 500,000 homes from its Hyundai Apartment line through to IPARK, said it will fully redefine the brand's direction and role, drawing on the assets built up over that history. The company has set "Form of Better Life" as its core mission, pursuing a brand that delivers a consistent, sensory experience across every moment and space in daily life.

The brand's logo has also been updated. The redesign retains the recognizable elements of the existing logo while streamlining its structure. Centered on the colors Burnt Umber and Ivory, the new identity conveys depth, warmth, space and balance — a symbolic expression of the brand's philosophy connecting city and everyday life, technology and nature.

The IPARK brand spans residential and urban development through IPARK Hyundai Development Company, IPARK I&Cons and IPARK Marina, and offers leisure and relaxation experiences through Hotel IPARK and IPARK Resort. IPARK Sports will bring vitality and enjoyment to everyday life, while IPARK Mall, IPARK Shilla Duty-Free and IPARK Youngchang will continue to deliver lifestyle experiences beyond shopping.

HDC Group plans to roll out the new brand identity starting with the recently pre-sold Uijeongbu Station Central IPARK complex, and will expand customer touchpoints through its official website and brand video releases.

Meanwhile, IPARK Hyundai Development Company posted consolidated sales of 673.9 billion won (approximately $448 million) and operating profit of 80.1 billion won in the first quarter of this year. Its operating profit margin returned to double digits on a quarterly basis for the first time in about five years.
