Fasoo AI is setting its sights on the global AI transformation market, using the United States as its primary base.

The company officially launched Symbologic, its new US subsidiary, on Sunday.

Symbologic was formed by merging Fasoo AI's existing US operations with Konsilix, an American AI platform and consulting firm. Rob Marano, a veteran of global big tech companies and consulting firms, will serve as its inaugural CEO.

Konsilix is staffed primarily by AI specialists who built their development and operations experience at major global technology companies, and counts global manufacturing and service firms among its key customers. Symbologic plans to combine Konsilix's lightweight, high-efficiency AI architecture and consulting capabilities with Fasoo AI's data security, management technology and AI solutions to support enterprise AI transformation. The strategy is to generate synergies by bringing both companies' strengths together, given that data protection and governance frameworks are increasingly required alongside AI deployment.

Fasoo AI sees most mid-sized and smaller organizations — outside of large corporations and select global institutions — struggling to make the shift to AI. Symbologic will therefore lead with agentic AI applications and consulting services that can be applied directly to real business operations, with the aim of expanding its mid-market customer base.

"Symbologic was born from the union of Konsilix — with its exceptional consulting capabilities backed by strong talent — and Fasoo AI, which has been expanding its portfolio from data security and management into enterprise AI," Marano said. "The global AX market is growing rapidly, but very few companies can offer specialized end-to-end support spanning data through AI. I will do everything I can to help Symbologic establish itself quickly in the market and deliver results."

Fasoo AI has been accelerating its overseas expansion after recently rebranding as an AI transformation support company and changing its name, and now by merging its local US subsidiary with an American AI platform and consulting firm. Through Symbologic, the company plans to ramp up its AX business with a focus on the US market and broaden the global reach of its data security and management-based AI solutions.
