Lotte World's Magic Castle will serve as the canvas for a new media mapping show called "Starlight Wishes," combining four themed visual sequences with laser effects projected across the castle's entire outer wall each night after sunset.

Lotte World Adventure announced Thursday that the Christmas media mapping show "Starlight Wishes" will run at Magic Castle in the outdoor Magic Island area from Nov. 21 through Dec. 31. The nighttime display begins immediately after sunset, using the castle's facade as a full projection screen.

The Christmas mapping is an annual winter tradition at Lotte World Adventure, with new visuals introduced each season to set a year-end mood against the backdrop of Magic Castle.

This year's show unfolds across four themed light sequences. "Crochet Castle" drapes the structure in the warm glow of knitted yarn, evoking a cozy end-of-year atmosphere. "Advent Calendar," inspired by the classic Christmas countdown calendar, captures the anticipation of the holiday. "Gift Workshop" depicts a space bustling with Christmas present preparations, appealing to a sense of childlike wonder. "Luminarie" adorns the castle in starlight, completing a dazzling year-end spectacle.

The show also incorporates laser effects and highlight sequences. During highlight segments, shimmering light blends with the themed visuals to heighten the overall impact, while laser effects add a three-dimensional quality to the castle's transformations.
