CJ CheilJedang said Thursday it provided the South Korean U-23 baseball national team competing in the 2026 WBSC U-23 Baseball World Cup with a range of Bibigo and Hetbahn products, as well as Balance Meal protein bars and shakes.

The company, an official partner of the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee, said it decided to act after learning that players staying in Nicaragua were having difficulty obtaining hansik, or Korean food. In response, it prepared Hetbahn cooked rice along with a variety of Bibigo products — including soups, stews, tteokbokki and seasoned seaweed — and packed snacks to help players quickly replenish energy before and after training and games.

"We will continue to support South Korean national team athletes in their global pursuits in a variety of ways," a CJ CheilJedang official said.
