'2026 Busan Sports Goods Festa' runs Thursday through Saturday at Bexco
Lotte Giants, Busan IPark, KCC Egis, BNK Sum and OK Savings Bank Eotman to participate
Busan city will hold the "2026 Busan Sports Goods Festa" in conjunction with the "2026 Paepae Busan" event running Thursday through Saturday at Hall 1 of Bexco, the city announced Thursday.
The event is designed to showcase merchandise from Busan's professional sports clubs in one place and promote a fan culture of cheering for local teams. Five Busan-based pro sports clubs will participate — the Lotte Giants (baseball), Busan IPark (soccer), Busan KCC Egis (men's basketball), Busan BNK Sum (women's basketball) and OK Savings Bank Eotman (men's volleyball) — operating a joint exhibition space and fan participation events.
A total of 49 representative fan products from each club — including uniforms, T-shirts and caps — will be on display, with QR codes linking visitors to online purchase sites.
Visitors will also have a chance to receive club-specific fan products and a joint cheering T-shirt, with giveaways including a Lotte Giants camellia badge, a KCC Egis signed ball, a BNK Sum cheering cushion, a Busan IPark signed ball and an OK Savings Bank Eotman figurine.
The city said it hopes the event will give residents a chance to experience the appeal of Busan's home clubs and help spread a culture of local sports support. The city also plans to explore ways for pro clubs and local merchandise manufacturers to collaborate on developing new products.
Nam Jeong-eun, director of the city's sports bureau, said the city would "work to spread a sports culture that citizens can enjoy through cooperation with local pro clubs and to invigorate the regional sports industry."
