Samsung Electronics disclosed Thursday that its third-quarter consolidated operating profit reached 107.44 trillion won ($81.1 billion), a 783.11% increase from the same period a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter rose 126.88% on-year to 195.25 trillion won.

Net profit for the period came to 75.14 trillion won, up 514.58% on a preliminary basis.
