TK Elevator tops elevator category for fifth year running
Company pledges 'differentiated mobility solutions' for customers
TK Elevator announced Wednesday that it has been named the top company in the elevator category at the 2026 Korea Quality Satisfaction Index, an assessment administered by the Korean Standards Association.
Park Byung-ha, executive vice president and factory manager, attended the certification ceremony held at Signiel Seoul in Jamsil, Seoul, where he received a certificate and trophy.
The Korea Quality Satisfaction Index (KS-QEI) is a quality measurement model jointly developed by the Korean Standards Association and the Korean Society for Quality Management. It surveys consumers and experts who have used a company's products and services to assess quality excellence and satisfaction, serving as a comprehensive quality satisfaction indicator. About 75,000 consumers and experts participated in this year's evaluation.
TK Elevator earned the highest score in the elevator category after being assessed across nine criteria — six covering functional quality (performance, reliability, durability, usability, safety and accessibility) and three covering emotional quality (image, recognizability and novelty).
"We are deeply honored to have received outstanding recognition for five consecutive years in the Korea Quality Satisfaction Index, one of South Korea's most authoritative quality certification indicators," Chief Executive Jo Yeong-jo said. "We will continue to provide customers with differentiated mobility solutions grounded in sustainability and digitally driven innovation."
TK Elevator is a global elevator specialist headquartered in Germany and has built a track record of industry recognition for its products and brand. This year, the company took first place for the third consecutive year at the Brand of the Year Awards and was named to the Red Dot Design Award winners list for the fourth consecutive year — one of the world's three most prestigious design honors.
TK Elevator also received the top SH1 rating in the 2026 Safety and Health Assessment conducted by corporate evaluation agency Nice Information Service this year, and the highest SA1 rating in the 2026 Construction Safety Management Report issued by Nice D&B.
