Innovate Korea 2026

"AI innovation for the mind, the emotion of the future felt in the heart."

Innovate Korea 2026, one of South Korea's leading ICT and science festivals, will be held Nov. 17 at the Ryu Keun-chul Sports Complex at KAIST in Daejeon. The event marks more than a decade of spotlighting the future of science and technology in South Korea.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, the festival will bring together the country's top science and technology leaders alongside some of its biggest musical theater stars. Held under the theme "NEXT 10 Years — You Are the Main Character (Beyond AI, Humanity First)," the event aims to explore human values and the future in the age of AI.

Particularly notable this year is a lineup of South Korea's top musical actors — Kim Jun-su, Jung Sun-ah, Ivy, Cha Ji-yeon and Park Gang-hyun — who will take the stage for a performance unlike any other. They will be accompanied by a 23-piece orchestra led by Music Director Kim Moon-jung, bringing together science, technology and the arts in a special program.

Singer Kwon Eun-bi will also perform a high-energy mini concert.

A special 10th-anniversary talk, an AI talk concert and a range of other programs will give young people a chance to look back on the past decade and prepare for the next. Speakers and program details will be announced on the event's official website.

Date and time: Nov. 17, 2026, 2 p.m. Venue: Ryu Keun-chul Sports Complex, KAIST, Daejeon
